Crescent Blue Arts

A native of Mississippi, I have been painting and writing from a very young age, I have shown in galleries across the South, I paint portraits, landscapes, City scenes, after attending college in the Mississippi Delta I was drawn to painting blues and Jazz pieces and recently added a Grammy series which includes rock.  I moved to New Orleans in 1999 and have been painting in the GNO and Coastal areas since then.   I do a lot of private commissions and also paint horses and portraits of cats, dogs and everything in-between.  I added beach themed art and fantasy illustrations as well. 
I have originals available at larger sizes and prints, greeting cards and tiles.   We also have hand made beaded necklaces and bracelets as well as healing stones and crystals.  Nancy Burbank makes all the jewelry, the beads she collected all over the world while she worked as a chef for Hilton hotels international.  She collected the healing stones and learned of their benefits to people.  She enjoys making and selling her jewelry and sees it as a labor of love in the Nelson bay beads section of Crescent City Blues space.
